Since 2019 - Expert YiA / E+ Youth Trainer and Facilitator with about 20 projects per year as a Lead-trainer or Co-Trainer. Main focus: Communication and Public Speaking, Theatre, Circus and Art, Art of Training & Facilitation, Project management, Peace, Non-Violence, Anti-discrimination, Fake News, Media Literacy and Critical Thinking, Creativity & TRIZ, Democracy. Full stack experience in Non-Formal Education; Great passion to YouthWork; Full-scale End-To-End training session conduction (Plan development, co-trainers hire, Plan adjustment, Training Sessions conduction, Evening programs, Dissemination follow-up, Reporting co-operation); High level of professional competencies. Great possibilities to satisfy the youngsters' needs. Big experience in handling challenging situations and turning it to the way of success (e.g. transforming into examples or exclusions).
